Each year at the Cowboys For Kids Benefit, there is a wonderful
Children's Stick Horse Rodeo held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at the
Johnson County Sheriff Posse Grounds. For an entry fee of $10, children receive a
handmade stick horse, a Cowboys for Kids t-shirt and entry into all
four stick horse events.
All kids receive a
participation button. In each event, the 1st place winner
receives a belt buckle and ribbon and the 2nd and 3rd place
winners receive ribbons.
